Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.
2. Employees of Fletcher Building Limited, Fletcher Steel Limited and their related companies and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
3. If the prize winner is under 18 years old at 1^st October 2023, the prize may be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or guardian.
4. To enter the monthly draws you must purchase $NZD5,000 (inc GST) of ColorCote product in one order from a ColorCote distributor.
5. Purchases must be made between 1^st October 2023 and 28^th February 2024 to be eligible for the draws.
6. Enter as many times as you like with separate purchases and enter as soon as possible, as there is one draw every month.
7. Each $NZD5,000 (inc GST) spent will be eligible for one entry, however you can only win once.
8. Entries must be completed in full and submitted online via this website.
9. The winner receives a Traeger Pro Series 780, and the winner’s nominated “best mate” receives a Traeger Pro Series 575.
10. Prizes will be drawn at random and the first eligible entry drawn will be deemed the winner.
11. Entries for the November draw must be received by 11:59pm on 30^th November and will be drawn on Friday 1^st December.
12. Entries for the December draw must be received by 11:59pm on 31^st December and will be drawn on Monday 15^th  January.
13. Entries for the January draw must be received by 11:59pm on 31^st January and will be drawn on Thursday 1^st February.
14. Entries for the February draw must be received by 11:59pm on 28^th February and will be drawn on Friday 1^st March.
15. Every entry will also go into a separate monthly draw for one of 10 YETI spot prizes.
16. Entries must attach proof of purchase and are finalised by clicking on the submit button.
17. Entries will become invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged for an alternative product.
18. Incomplete, late or illegible entries will be invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making repeat entries for the same purchase or submitting an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions
19. The prize winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of the prize draw. Prize winners must be available for any publicity that may be required by the Promoter. Where attempts to contact the prize winner fail (i.e. when the prize winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts or email sent is returned) the Promoter may select another prize winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit. (Note: three attempts to contact the prize winner will include individual calls to any numbers provided at the time of entry).
20. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or services.
21. The Promoter reserves the right not to award any prizes or rewards or to vary the prize at its absolute discretion.
22. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Prize winner consents to the Promoter using the prize winner’s information and/or photographs and filmed footage(video), for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required without compensation. Copyright will be vested in the Promoter.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion at its sole discretion.
25. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
26. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fletcher Building Limited, Fletcher Steel Limited and their related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a prize.
27. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. The Promoter will use the entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and following award of the winning prize it will be deleted. Entrants have the right to access and request correction and deletion of personal information held by the Promoter.
