Introducing FleeceCote
FleeceCote is a fleece layer bonded to the underside of ColorCote® coated steel during the paintline process.
It helps manage condensation in commercial and non‑residential buildings, without the need for a separate roof underlay installed on site.
Supplied as part of the coated coil, FleeceCote reduces components on site and supports a simpler roofing build‑up.
Steel Made Better.
Why choose FleeceCote?
- One less layer on site
No separate underlay required for condensation control. - Simpler roofing systems
Fewer components to manage during installation. - Cleaner finish over time
No loose or sagging underlay beneath the roof. - Improved acoustic comfort
The fleece layer helps soften rainfall noise and reduce echo in open spaces. - Designed for commercial use
Practical, durable and suited to mild – moderate environments.
How it works and where it’s used.
When condensation forms on the underside of the roof, the fleece layer absorbs moisture and holds it within its structure. As temperatures change and conditions dry, that moisture is gradually released and allowed to dry naturally.
FleeceCote is designed for commercial and non‑residential buildings, including commercial and industrial buildings, sheds and workshops, garages, canopies and carports. It is not currently supplied for residential applications.
FleeceCote is available for substrates ZinaCore™ and MagnaFlow™ in mild to moderate environments that meet ISO C1–C3.
Warranty and installation
FleeceCote is supplied as part of the ColorCote® coated coil range and backed by a 15‑year warranty covering fleece adhesion and absorbency.
The standard ColorCote® topside warranty applies as normal.
Installation is carried out by ColorCote® accredited installers to ensure correct handling and long‑term performance.
